We’re Workman Heating & Cooling, and we’re a leading heating and cooling company serving Morrison, IL, since 1949. Our Story

Jeff Workman, the current owner, has been working for his family’s business since he graduated high school and now runs it with his wife, Michelle. Workman Heating & Cooling was started in 1949 by Jeff’s grandfather, who worked for another heating and cooling contractor in town and decided to use this experience to start a business of his own. He eventually passed it down to Jeff’s dad, who then finally passed it down to Jeff himself.

We are a family-owned and operated heating and cooling company serving Morrison, IL. We specialize in HVAC services, furnace repair, duct cleaning, and emergency services for customers who need immediate assistance. Jeff is honest to the bone and would never overcharge because he wants the best for every one of his customers. He is willing to drive up to a 30-mile radius, and even further if needed, to provide his services to a customer in need.

In addition to our specialties in heating and cooling services, we also offer indoor air quality support, duct installation and cleaning, and the installation, maintenance, and repair of furnaces and air conditioners of all makes and models. The available products in our inventory include humidifiers, thermostats, air purifiers, complete lines of filter, duct free mini-splits, and central, garage, and radiant tube heating.
